Far from the city

Project description

Far from the city, we have designed a place that combines classic forms with modern, simple details. The interior with an area of 170 square meters was supposed to be an out-of-town asylum and an escape to idyllic life in a quiet countryside. Although at first glance, the furnishings bring to mind a traditional country house full of wooden furniture and decorations with gifts of nature, in fact it is an interior containing many modern, comfortable solutions.

The interior is dominated by warm sand colors combined with white, brown wood and green accessories. Modest ceiling stuccowork, wallpapers in delicate colors and carefully selected floor tiles add elegance to the simple furnishings. Already at the moment of passing through the front door, we feel that we have come to an exceptionally cozy house – it is, among others, due to the wooden beams visible on the ceiling and the large green external door. The hot heart of the kitchen is a traditional stove made of white profiled tiles. In the kitchen you will also find wooden kitchen cabinets, a comfortable bench by the island and appliances that give the interior a rural atmosphere. Of course, in addition to historical solutions, there was also modern equipment: an oven, an induction hob, a kitchen island, white fronts or a recess for a coffee machine. The living room is a combination of classics and the latest trends. There is a fireplace, thick curtains and a bookcase, a fashionable couch full of soft pillows in checkered covers, a popular coffee table, a wooden wardrobe hidden in the wall and a TV. The master bedroom located upstairs is a comfortably designed space for a couple. In addition to a large double bed, there is a wardrobe, two large wardrobes and a niche built with bookshelves with a passage to a private bright bathroom with a large shower and dressing table.

The coherent interior is complemented by accessories: wicker baskets, wreaths of grain ears, dried plants and traditional rural household appliances. Thanks to this, we have obtained the effect of free elegance, which, thanks to its timelessness, will please the eye of the inhabitants of the house for many years.
