Noir & Merlot

Project description

In the interior of Noir & Merlot, a simple colour palette meets the expressive shade of mature wine.

Already in the hallway, the eye is drawn to an alcove with an upholstered seat in a deep burgundy tone. This elegant detail sets the tone for the entire project. Right beside it, a black-framed glass door opens onto the main living area.

The kitchen and dining room are defined by a dialogue of black, white and warm browns. Black and white marble, gold accents, and soft beige textiles create a cohesive and visually engaging space. A distinctive mosaic on the floor adds character, complemented by wooden-fronted kitchen cabinetry and a discreet door leading to a practical pantry. A golden chandelier above the table casts a warm glow during shared meals.

The dining area flows seamlessly into the living room, where cream-coloured sofas and a wooden table with an unusual shape, structural timber and dark accents create a cosy, yet refined atmosphere. A marble fireplace brings modern elegance, while a velvet armchair in wine red invites moments of quiet relaxation.

Unconventional aesthetic choices take centre stage in the bathrooms and toilet area. There is a freestanding porcelain washbasin, large illuminated mirrors, and minimalist fittings in a satin finish. Marble, wood, and contemporary ceramics create bold contrasts that draw the eye.

The master bedroom blends soft beige with muted green in the upholstered bed and decorative floral wallpaper. Next to it there is a functional wardrobe. Dark wood cabinetry is paired with a white closet and fluted wall panels, bringing order and sophistication to the private zone.
